Our Journey

April, 2011
A research group led by Professor Shigeyuki Kono was selected by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) for the “2010 Core Research for Evolutional Science and Technology (CREST)” program, and Tsuyoshi, our Founder & CEO, took part in the research of "technological advances in producing strains for biofuel through micro algae multiplication and heavy ion beam irradiation.
September, 2015
Tsuyoshi, our Founder & CEO, was selected by the Japan Science and Technology Agency’s (JST) Program for Creating Start-ups from Advanced Research and Technology (START) program with his research on “technology for mass cultivation of multi-colored carotenoids and long-chain unsaturated fatty acids derived from chlorella.”
July, 2016
Tsuyoshi, our Founder & CEO, was selected for the KAKEHASHI "Bridge" Project, a program to promote research exploration and collaboration within the Tsukuba Innovation Arena (TIA). He devoted himself to this program through a research project such as "functional testing of over 3000 algae bio-strains and development of new markets in the age of self-medication" etc.
